pdc you must teach me how to get this effect when you get back or something... i've always wanted to try this...
ReplyDeleteah i just saw your comment! it's image>mode>grayscale, then image>mode>bitmap>halftone screen... then you just select the black parts and duplicate the layer and have fun changing the colour and moving it slightly..
